To find a way to get rid of my curse, that's all. No reason to stay with them otherwise.

For as long as I've remembered, I've always had it.

No. Doesn't hurt. It's just how it is.

Is this wish thing kind of the last resort then? [like in the sense of "nothing else they've found will work and there are no other leads."]

[nyas]

Couldn't find a way back where I'm from, nobody knew of a way either so. It's at least something here. [ it really is the only thing that could help her with it as far as she's aware. ]

[she has to think on this because it does, actually, seem distressing not to know what can be done.]

...it's still early. So there's plenty of time to find your match and see if you can get the wish. I've heard it can be made at any time, too. So it could even be right away.
